Harvest Moon
This September, WaterFire Sharon invites you to gather under the glow of the Harvest Moon for a night filled with music, art, and light. The Harvest Moon has long symbolized abundance, gratitude, and community, a time when people come together to celebrate the season’s gifts.
As fires dance on the water, the Harvest Moon will guide us through an evening of unforgettable performances, local artistry, and shared experiences. It’s a celebration of change, reflection, and the beauty of coming together as a community beneath the autumn sky.
Artisan Marketplace
WaterFire Sharon prides itself on showcasing professional art market vendors and high-quality
works of art in our marketplace. Our talented artisans are natural creatives who make amazing
handmade fine art. Whether it’s a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry, pottery, woodworking, glass or
fiber art, painting, photography, or mixed media piece – we have it all, in all price ranges – we
know you will find the perfect item while walking the streets of beautiful downtown Sharon.This
Saturday, you’ll find artisan tents filled with beautiful and unique items. Talk to the artists to
learn more about their processes, watch their live demos, and support our artists by selecting a
handmade original piece to add to your home or give as a gift.
Look for Dennis Brennan, a Pittsburgh-based artist, who works primarily in gouache and watercolor, blending acrylic, ink, and spray paint to create dynamic, layered pieces. He also explores digital painting, bringing the same expressive energy into his digital work. And you will love Noah Whipple, an artist from Beaver Falls, PA, who creates intricate works of paper quilling, transforming cut strips of paper into ornate designs. Each piece is carefully formed through twisting, cutting, and gluing, resulting in detailed and delicate patterns.
Need a food break? Stop by our Food Court! 2-10pm
We have options for both the sweet and savory foodie! BBQ chicken, pulled pork, steak hoagies, hot sausage, wings, gyros, quesadillas, tacos, pizza and so much more to enjoy! Sweets more your thing? Enjoy a selection of cinnamon rolls, elephant ears, fried Oreos, ice cream, shaved ice and many more goodies! There are tables and chairs waiting for you so you can sit down to enjoy your food while you listen to the bands. Come support the food vendors who are supporting WaterFire by cooking for our guests. Don’t want to cook Sunday? Food vendors will gladly pack food for you to take home. See you in the Food Court located between Railroad and Chestnut St.
Look for Happy Hour Kettle Corn and Shabby’s Concession across from The Winner selling apple dumplings, ice cream, root beer floats, roasted nuts and more.

Nicks in Time The Ultimate Steve Nicks Tribute 4pm-6:30pm
Nicks In Time is a powerhouse tribute band dedicated to capturing the magic, mystique, and timeless sound of Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac. Fronted by the stunning vocals of Kathy MacFeat as “Stevie,” the band features a lineup of seasoned musicians who bring decades of performance experience and passion to the stage. With soaring harmonies, authentic instrumentation, and a dynamic live show, Nicks In Time delivers an unforgettable journey through Stevie’s legendary career—celebrating the hits, the deep cuts, and the spirit of one of rock’s most iconic voices.
Pipe Dreams – Western PA’s Premier Yacht Rock Band 8pm-10pm
Pipe Dreams takes audiences on a nostalgic journey through the unforgettable sounds of the ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s. With authentic renditions of hits from the Eagles, Toto, Alan Parsons Project, the Doobie Brothers, Christopher Cross, and more, their smooth harmonies and polished musicianship capture the essence of classic adult contemporary and yacht rock. Whether performing as a full five-piece band or in a scaled-down trio, Pipe Dreams delivers an irresistible California sound that keeps audiences singing along all night.

Hair Supply – Acoustic ’80s Rock, with Big Harmonies 3pm-5:30pm
Hair Supply is a powerhouse acoustic trio delivering the biggest hits of the ’80s with soaring harmonies, masterful musicianship, and plenty of rock ’n’ roll spirit. Featuring Mike, Tim, and Larry—veteran performers from top tribute acts like Hell Freezes Over—the band strips down arena rock favorites to their raw, acoustic core while keeping the energy and fun cranked all the way up. With their mix of humor, tight vocals, and a setlist packed with fan favorites, Hair Supply guarantees a night of sing-along classics and unforgettable vibes.
River Festivities
The evening opens at 7:15PM with a meaningful blessing of the Shenango River by Leon Briggs, honoring the area’s rich cultural roots and natural beauty. As the sun begins to set, the WaterFire Sharon PA orb will be lit, followed by 50+ floating bonfires flickering along the river between Connelly Boulevard and East Silver Street. Breathe in the scent of burning pine, enjoy live music echoing over the water, and take in the simple beauty of a summer night spent together. Bring a chair, get comfortable, and stay with us until the fires fade at 10pm.
Leon Briggs
Leon Sam Briggs is an enrolled member of the Tonawanda Seneca, Hawk Clan. He is a cultural educator, artist, and speaker who shares traditional teachings and supports Native community healing efforts. His work spans from traditional arts to cultural consulting and community-building across the country. Leon will open the evening with a blessing of the river.
Fire Performer, Jimmy Pyro
Jimmy Pyro is a high-energy, self-taught fire artist who has spent the past decade wowing crowds with daring stunts and fiery spectacle. With over 270,000 people entertained to date, his performances are known for their intensity, creativity, and crowd appeal. Jimmy is the founder of Energemata Poi, a professional performance group that has lit up festivals, private events, and stages across the country. From fire dancing to flame breathing, Jimmy’s act is always unforgettable.Catch him throughout the evening at various spots on the river, bridges, and along the waterfront.
Steve “HoneyBoy” Vuich
Steve Vuich has been performing live music, solo and with bands, locally, regionally and nationally, since the early 1970’s. In the early 1980’s Steve Vuich moved to Nashville, TN to pursue a songwriting career and spent a year as a struggling songwriter.
Steve has been a member of various local music groups, including Grant Street Exit, The ShareCroppers of Love, Triad, The American Primitives, The River Riders and for the past 30 years as the leader of The River Saints.
Steve has been hosting a weekly Open Stage at Vintage Estate Wine & Beer in Boardman, OH for nearly 14 years, that has been the jumping off point for many young musicians as well as a place for local songwriters to showcase their material.
You can find Steve performing in Mercer, Lawrence, Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana counties and elsewhere on average 275 dates per year, at nightclubs, restaurants, wineries, country clubs and events both public and private.
Steve Vuich has a musical style that has been called, “Jazzy, Bluesy, Soulful Pop and Rock”.
Ally Grande – State St Bridge – 7:25pm
Ally Grande has been singing and performing in Community Theater for the last 11 years. She has performed in multiple productions with ACTS Sharpsville, The New Castle Playhouse and other community theater groups. She has portrayed various roles in Community and School Productions of Mamma Mia, Emma, the Musical, Little Shop of Horrors and West Side Story. She also performs at 40 Below, the performing arts venue in Downtown Sharon. Ally has also been a featured soloist at Waterfire Sharon for the last 7 years. She has performed the National Anthem at multiple sporting events, highlighted by an appearance for the Pittsburgh Pirates at PNC Park in July 2021. Ally can also be seen at various venues around the area. She will be a 4th year student at Gannon University, majoring in Occupational Therapy. Ally also participates in the University’s Mixed Choir. When she is not in school or performing, Ally has been a summer church camp counselor for Summer’s Best 2 Weeks and at Buhl Park and has also assisted as an aide for Whole Life Services in Hermitage, working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Cruise In for the WaterFire Car Show
Sponsored by Diehl Auto, the WaterFire Car Show takes over downtown Sharon on Saturday, September 20th, from 2–6 PM! Check-in for participants begins at 1 PM at the corner of Main Street and State Street. Visitors can enjoy a stunning lineup of classic cars, custom builds, and fan favorites, while Hair Supply rocks the crowd from 3–5:30 PM.
Fans can vote for their favorite car by picking up a chip at the Diehl Auto table and placing it in the voting box. Voting closes at 5 PM, with the Fan Favorite winner announced at 5:30 PM, receiving an award and a $100 gift card.

Rising Flames Stage – A Spotlight on Young Talent
The Rising Flames Stage is all about celebrating creativity, energy, and the next generation of performers. From dazzling local talent to interactive fun, there’s something for everyone to enjoy throughout the evening.
3:00–3:45 PM – The Twirling Angels light up the stage with their graceful performance.
4:00–5:00 PM – Join in the Hula Hoop Contest and show off your best moves!
5:00–6:00 PM – Fun Children’s Activities keep the energy high.
6:25–7:00 PM – Enjoy the amazing vocals of Ally Grande.
7:00–7:15 PM – Feel the heat with a fiery performance from the TNT Fire Twirlers.

Twirling Angels
The Twirling Angels is a local baton twirling group out of Sharpsville Pa. We work with competitive and recreational twirlers of all levels and ages. The past season we brought home state, regional, international and nationals titles from our teams and individual students! Please reach out to us for any of your twirling needs!
TNT Starlettes
Based in Perry, Ohio, TNT Starlettes is dedicated to helping members grow as performers and as individuals. Through teamwork, discipline, and fun, our team develops confidence, athleticism, poise, and lifelong friendships. Practices go beyond baton and pom techniques, emphasizing trust, dedication, and personal growth. More than just performing, TNT Starlettes focuses on building character, self-esteem, and a love for the art of performing. Catch them twirling fire at 7:00 PM!
CALLING ALL KIDS! PNC Children’s Zone Sparks Creativity
Get ready for an afternoon bursting with fun, imagination, and hands-on adventure at the Children’s Zone during WaterFire Sharon, PA! From games and crafts to live performances and one-of-a-kind experiences, kids will have endless ways to play, learn, and explore.
Families can dive into lawn games, a bubble station, sidewalk chalk art, and a craft tent full of creative projects. Kids will love digging into dinosaur sensory kits, building cyborg hands, and discovering the world of robotics, STEAM, and even real orthotic and prosthetic devices at interactive learning stations. Face painting from HopeCAT, plus daytime entertainment from jugglers and a balloon artist, add to the excitement.
One of the biggest highlights will be five Random Acts of Artists members painting a stunning moonlit scene live during the festival. These incredible works will then be available to bid on in a silent auction, with every dollar raised benefiting the Mercer County Food Bank.
As evening falls, enjoy a glowing bonfire from 7–9 p.m. complete with cozy hay bales, fall flowers, and gooey s’mores. The Children’s Zone is all about sparking curiosity, creativity, and community — making WaterFire Sharon a day your family won’t forget!
Live Painting by RAA to Benefit Mercer County Food Bank
Watch creativity come alive as members of Random Acts of Artists paint original works right before your eyes! Throughout the event, visitors can stop by each tent to see the artwork take shape and place a silent auction bid on their favorite piece. At the end of the night, the highest bid wins the painting. All proceeds benefit the Mercer County Food Bank—supporting local families while bringing home a one-of-a-kind work of art.

WaterFire Sharon is proud to showcase the talent of local artist Torrie Hawkins, winner of this year’s Artist T-Shirt Design Competition. A Sharon native and 2011 Sharon High graduate, Torrie poured his passion and hometown pride into the winning design.
Torrie, owner of YGB14 Custom Printing under his brand YNG GIFTED & Blessed, has screen-printed each shirt himself making these shirts a true piece of wearable art. With the support of his wife Danielle and their family, Torrie is bringing his creative dream to life and sharing it with the community he loves.

Discover Downtown’s Public Art
Enjoy the latest addition to public art in downtown Sharon by Random Acts of Artists: “Nature’s Gallery,” located along W. Connelly Blvd. Be sure to check out the 40 original paintings depicting birds, butterflies, and flowers in natural settings by 20 RAA artists. Look for Artist Royce Umberger’s mark on the Evolve building in “Musician’s Alley.” Also, walk down Central Way, located off Vine Ave., this artsy walkway is fondly called “Sam’s Alley,” in tribute to Artist Sam Perry and his belief in and dedication to this project. Another must-see is the amazing Joel Bergner Hope CAT mural located on West State St. and the Labyrinth on the pavement in front of the mural. See other art installations created in Sharon that include the “Choose to Fly” silhouette mural, across from the Sharon City Building on W. Connelly Blvd, the “Flower Garden Gallery” located on W. Connelly Blvd., the “Literary Garden” at the Community Library of the Shenango Valley, the “Doors to the Past” and “Column Monument” located on West State Street beside George Junior Republic sculpture “It’s a Wonderful World”, and the “Willow Way”, the “Gallery Garden” and five Ash tree carvings, located in the Riverview Gardens Park, the “Bicycle Trail” mural along Sharpsville Ave.… and more to discover. Downtown Sharon History Walks

Step back in time with the Sharon Historical Society and Sharon Beautification Commission during WaterFire Sharon! These free, guided walking tours explore the Shenango River waterfront and downtown Sharon’s historic landmarks, including the Protected Home Circle Building, First National Bank, the old City Hall, Quaker Steak & Lube, River Gardens Park, Daffin’s Candies, and more.
Enjoy fascinating stories, rare photographs, and a free collectible booklet as you walk a 1.5-mile, flat route filled with history and local charm.
Parking is free in nearby lots, garages, and on-street. All ages welcome!

Safety & Accessibility
Your comfort and safety are a top priority at WaterFire Sharon, PA.
First Aid: Ambulance crews will be stationed at both ends of the
event area to provide medical support if needed.
Restrooms: Portable restrooms are available in three convenient central locations throughout downtown.
Accessibility: The event area is walkable and stroller-friendly, with curb ramps and accessible pathways throughout. Accessible parking spaces are available off Chestnut Street.
Lost and Found: Visit the WaterFire Information Tent near the main entrance if you’ve lost or found an item.
Need help? Our volunteers at the WaterFire Information Tent near the Shenango Avenue entrance can point you in the right direction.
